It would be perfect if you could add alerts (pop up message, push notification and email) that are triggered whenever the curent bar is above signal level and the previous one under it

Hello! The cut-off point for this indicator when used as a filter depends on the system and the timeframe being used. For some systems, optimal values are in the 80-100 range, for others it's closer to 110-120. It depends on the system, and also on the preferred trading frequency. There is usually some improvement even when the cut-off value is large, although the optimal point depends on the details of the system in question

It works on different timeframes. Again, it needs to be judged on a case-by-case basis from the system development standpoint and your preferences
