It is a chart window indicator to print candles and an optional price ma, not a sub window indicator. The picture shown has a subwindow rsi with ma to show the candles and chart ma matching the rsi and its ma.

Where is the indicator window for the yellow and blue lines?

The indicator offered is a chart indicator, the subwindow indicator is the regular rsi indicator, with a ma applied to it, to show how the chart indicator matches it.

To replicate the subwindow indicator, load the default mt4 rsi indicator, and drag the default moving average indicator onto the same subwindow, and select "previous indicator's data" as the price option in the "apply" setting of the ma.
