"Trailing Stop Pips" is the Trailing Stop Loss distance in pips. Simply put, it is the distance from Stop Loss to the current price when Trailing.

You can see the setting: "Trailing Stop Start Pips" setting, which helps you enable trailing only when the profit (in pips) has exceeded the number of pips in this setting. You can set the value to 0 if you want.

Another setting related to trailing is "Trailing Step Pips", which helps you trail by moving Stop Loss by steps instead of trailing continuously. Of course you can set the value to 0.1 pips then it will trail continuously in the usual way.

I'm not really sure what you mean by "numbers are off". But to change the value of the settings you have to double click on the numbers in the EA's settings window (Inputs tab/Value column). Then the values will be editable.

Please make sure

"Trailing Stop On" set to true

Then try on EURUSD, 0.01 lot order and don't set SL or SL very big eg 100 pips for this order to see if it work.

Try with setting:

Trailing Stop Start Pips: 20.0

Trailing Stop Pips: 10.0

Trailing Step Pips: 1.0

All other settings should be left as default.

Note neither of Trailing Stop Loss or Breakeven functions will extend the distance of SL.

So on above order we set the initial SL of the order large enough, significantly larger than the "Trailing Stop Pips" setting, for easy viewing. Because SL will still not move if your current order SL distance is still smaller the "Trailing Stop Pips" distance setting.

Also note that with some pairs/symbols especially crypto and indices like BTCUSD, nas100, your broker may not allow SL to be set too close to the current price. Try setting the pip values around 1000 pips to see if it works, then reduce it gradually.

Make sure the "Allow algorithmic trading" setting is enabled for MT5 at:

MT5 menu: Tool/Options/Expert Advisors tab/"Allow algorithmic trading" checkbox. 

Also when you attach this EA to MT5, in the Common tab, make sure the "Allow Algo Trading" checkbox is checked.

Note that 100 points in MT5 is 10 pips. In case you want to use Points instead of Pips, then in EA settings, let set "Pip To Points(s)" from x10 (default) to x1
