Hello. I don't know, what you mean with several windows - please close MT4 and all Chartwindows and start with a new blank chart for the EA. Then it should start without any issues.

That's a problem, because we have a lot of high correlated pairs at the moment. There are three ways to fix that problem:
Increase the minimum correlation threshold to eg. 95
Trade only positive correlated pairs (and open a second instance for the negative correlated pairs)
Decrease the maximum showed correlated pairs.
Sorry, I have no computer right now, so I can't tell you the exact variable name.

Fortunately, this is a Demo account and it just happens to be in profit. But it could just as well be the wrong side with a huge loss. I now have much less confidence in using this ea in live.

Please note that the Lotsize are edit fields. You can click and change the value. Are you quite sure that you did not do this at some point? With these standard pairs there have been no problems with the calculation so far.

Can you send me the setfile or is it the default set?

It's actually your 15Min setfile with minor tweaks. (see attachment)

I am sure I have not manually changed any lot size.

The funny thing is that despite so much profit, the trades remain open!

Please check the proper function with a "Clear" -> "Recalc" and watch the calculated lot sizes. Your set file is not that special.

To your questions:

1) The EA finds correlations, according to the settings made. Maybe you have chosen the threshold value for the minimum correlation too small? Reduce the value (CR04a) a little bit.

2) Yes, you have to specify the pairs as they are called. In the next version you will be able to specify a suffix and prefix. Unfortunately not yet in the current version.

3) In a beta version I'm testing the inclusion of the "Correlation cross pair" as you describe it. This will certainly come eventually, but not yet in the next version.

You're absolutely right, Georgios - actually I wanted to be finished already.

The code of the MT5 version is about 60% finished. Unfortunately the most complicated part is still missing: the trade handling including stop and profit management and the gui. These things hold me back very much, especially since I also have a "demanding" family.

I hope to solve these problems soon (with the EA, not with the family ;-)).
