I have rented this indicator but it does not appear on the chart. i used eurusd 5 minute chart.
Hello and thanks for renting my indicator :-)
Did you change any parameters before you loaded the indicator? If you for instance set 'Use symbols from Market Watch window instead' to True then please make sure that you don't have more than 40 visible symbols in the Market Watch window (I have also mentioned this in the product description). If you on the other hand have set it to False then please make sure that the symbols in the Symbols parameter are written with the exact same name as they are visible in the Market Watch window.
If everyting is according to above and still nothing on the chart then please if you can check the Experts tab for any related messages. Please also always wait a couple of minutes for the indicator to load. It could take so long on slower computers or computer with less RAM memory.

I really loved the indicator, but by mistake I bought the MT4 version, and soon after I bought the MT5 version (the correct one).
I bought other indicators from you. I don't know if you are a sucessful trader or not, but your indicators fulfill my needs.
I would ask if I could exchange my wrong trade for another indicator, but I don't know which one, so forget it.

Since you bought the MT4 version by mistake it most probably also means that you never activated it. In this case you have 7 days to cancel the purchase. You will then get the money back. Please see the example screenshot below how to cancel a purchase.

I got it. But I prefer not doing this. I liked your indicator so much that I will keep it in MT4 and MT5 terminals, because it is everything that I needed in just only one indicator.
What is 39 USD more for an indicator that really works? You deserve it!
Just a question. The MT4 doesn't have Heikin-Aishi option? And in MT4/MT5 we don't have MACD signal crossover, only zero line?
I believe there is no reason to keep MACD, because we have moving average crossover (zero line in MACD). A good idea is change it for signal crossover.
Another idea is to use RSI together a moving average of RSI. When RSI crosses the moving average is a good sign of reversal...

that is my only issue with the dashboard beyond that i am asking if you could create and alert for when two timeframes are opposite lets say the 30 minute is bearish and the 1 minute is bullish, most likely the lower timeframe (1 minute) will switch to align itself with the higher timeframe (30 minute) this can result in very profitable trades and enhance trading strategies i suggest adding the ability to add three of these alerts, this option should be in the properties window where one can set the timeframes of their choosing also the boxes of both the timeframes selected should be highlighted when the alert/trading opportunity is triggered i hope this is not too much to ask
