Recent Trade Update (Stop Loss and Recovery)

After a long and profitable streak, unfortunately, we hit our first stop-loss today. I am sorry about that.
The most frustrating part is that the trade was stopped out by just a few cents before it reversed and went straight to our Take Profit level (as you can see in the image). Unfortunately, the market does this sometimes.
However, the good news is that the EA caught a new opportunity right after, securing a profitable trade ($12.38). I hope this provides some consolation for the stop-loss we experienced.

You are correct, today's specific trade was indeed blocked by the Volatility Filter for users who had updated to the version including that filter (like v1.4).
The live signal account you are seeing was likely running on a version prior to this filter logic affecting Strategy 4, which is why it captured the trade, while updated users did not.
However, I have just released a new update (v1.5) specifically to address this situation based on recent observations:
The Volatility Filter settings have been slightly softened.
