If you have open positions and change versions, write down the current magic number that was used in the old version and then enter the same in the "MagicNumber" parameters in the new version, this way the new version will handle open positions. The second option is to download the latest version only after all positions in your account are closed, then you do not need to change the magic number. How to find out what the magic number is right now? Go to the history and move your mouse over a closed position. You'll see a magic number (Experts id)

А вот реальные скрины за прошедшую неделю, не от ДЕМО СЧЁТА(как у владельца советника) - Сказка с былью не сходится и сколько бы тут владелец не писал о неверных настройках советника(делая отсылки к службе поддержки) - этого уже не изменить и поддержка просто присылает один и тот же шаблон по которому эта торговля и велась!

First, this client used the robot with the incorrect settings, then he attempted blackmail to force us to return the funds and continue using the robot because we do not have the option to cancel the purchase, and now he has added false results that do not match ours, because we do not have the RM mark in the comments and not all items match, so it appears that he closes them manually or via the panel. Some clients purchase the robot and then attempt to blackmail us into a refund so that they can continue to use it for free, unfortunately, we have no control over such situations, and I believe there is also a significant language barrier.

This robot is used by hundreds of people every day and our website contains 10 months of results, and also is added many results on comment section here.

We examined your results again:

1️⃣ 99% RM comment indicates that the "FULLRECOVERYLOSS" parameter is set to true and according to the manual we dont use it...

2️⃣ In his photo, he has 0.01, recovery is 0.02, and he has a multiplier of 2, so also is not correct setting from the manual.

Conclusion: The user is using old settings with the FULLRECOVERYLOSS parameter set to true and a multiplier of 2. Additionally, some positions have not been closed at the stop loss (indicating breakeven in profit) but have take profit indicated in white font, meaning take profit is in profit. (closed manually, via panel or any other way)
