All back testing is over a 6 month basis on a $50,000 account, trading EURUSD on the 5 min chart.

Hi Ken, they are currently not, however I will be releasing an update in the coming days that allows you to set a time for all open trades set by the EA to be closed.

Hi Ken,

The new update is now live with the close time option, just toggle it on in settings and set a time for trades to be closed (broker timezone).

Hi, the lot size is dynamically calculated based on the size of the stoploss (either right stops losses on the first candle of the fvg pattern or normal stoplosses at the most recent swing). When you input your risk percentage the ea automatically calculates the lot size based on how much you are willing to risk of your overall account balance and the size of the stoploss.

Hi Michael, no the EA can trade on all assets. I just use EURUSD as a base pair to demonstrate the ea, I can run some optimisations over the next day or two and I will comment with some set files for both for you.

Hi,

Is it possible to have 3 time settings. The first 2 time settings are the window that it looks for FVG's, and the last time setting is the trade close setting. So in the case below it would look for FVG and open limit orders between 17:00 & 18:00 but only close the orders at another time say 23:00.

Hi,

That is definitely achievable. If you enable close time in the general settings, put in your desired close time. Then enable only one of the silver bullet windows and set your start and end times for the time window you wish to trade. The EA will take the first FVG depending on your FVG size settings, if the FVG is tapped before the close of the trade window the trade will remain open until the close time, then the EA will close your trade at the close time. If the fvg isn’t tapped before the close of the trade window the pending order is deleted.

Also, the backtests are not coming brack great, even with the sets provided. :-/

Hi Michael,

I am currently working on another model, it should be released in the next week or so, I am manually backtesting 5 years worth of data and this model is much more profitable. I will keep you posted when that is ready.

Hi Wade. I was hoping for the limit order to remain open until a predefined close time, other than that of the "window". So the window is the that it is only looking for FVG's, however, past the window time it keeps the limit order in play until a secondry defined closed time.

Basically what I am looking to do is open a limit order within the 10am-11am EST and keep this open until either the profit or loss is hit, or 4pm EST comes.

Could you look at adding this feature?
