Range trading can work consistently when traded manually but it's time consuming. I understand that it's not easy to create an EA to do the same job but are there any out there? The market is full of breakout EAs but not range trading EAs  

For the last month I've had connection error 12150 when trying to connect to the market from MT4. Each time the VPS has been rebooted and fixed the problem but the company is thinking that the problem lies with MQL5. Is this likely?  

With the same account balance as the provider, 1:500 leverage and no EAs or any other trading occurring on the account my trades enter at exactly half the risk of the provider. To increase the risk would I have to increase the account balance

I understand there is sometimes an issue with suffix letters after the currency pair eg EURUSD.r and signals not being copied, but what about the case of spreadbetting such EURUSD.SB? Added to that spreadbetting is not CFD

I've tested many of the most popular EAs for MT4 with ICMarkets 1:500 demo and the results generally do not line up with the accounts of the provider, many ending with blown accounts. Is forward testing is only way to get genuine results

I understand how to calculate Relative Drawdown by Balance as shown on the right of the image but I can not work out what the Drawdown by Balance: Maximal is as shown on the left. I am guessing that on the left it shows the largest single trade

What is to stop someone using one of the EAs available here and providing a signal with it for the copying service

Do subscribers have more confidence if a providers base currency is USD rather than EUR or GBP for example? Of course it makes little difference, it's just the perception.  

I understand my platform has to left open for the EAs to work but I'm unsure how the signal copying process works and if I can close my platform. Is there an article on here to explain such

I've been linked to one of the MT4 providers for a few days and the synchronisation to the providers account is fine but every trade receives the comment 'skipped as no signal found'. All platform settings are checked and I've increased the slippage

Using <Deleted> brokers I've missed every trade under <signal name removed > for the last 2 days and slippage is the most likely explanation. Looking at slippage recommendations under each signal provider it seems a different broker would
