EURUSD Forecast for April 10
Good morning everyone! Today we could be in for some action on many currency pairs as there are many fundamental news items to be coming out through the day. Basically we could see some action on all currency pairs as fundamental watch items like G20 meetings can affect all the currencies. Yesterday’s forecast was on the positive side as we had 4 pairs out of seven behaving very close to what we had predicted. GBPUSD, USDCAD, USDCHF and NZDUSD were very close, although the oceanic pairs did not move into our blue zones they did go in that particular direction before bouncing off Today we could be in for strong US Dollar and on the other hand Japanese Yen could weaken. Not adding any hedged pairs to offset the trading risk. Happy Trading!

EUR/USD: Sellers Keep Gains Capped At 1.3800/5:
As noted in yesterday’s candlesticks report, the bulls’ run was likely to be met by selling pressure around the 1.3800 handle. With several Long-Legged Dojis having formed near the critical resistance level, the potential for an upside breakout is put in doubt. However, we’re yet to see a bearish reversal signal emerge, this leaves the pair at a critical juncture in the session ahead.

New Russian Forex Bill: Offshore Regulation To Be Banned (based on forexmagnates article)
The schedule of the Russian parliament has been updated yet again and it appears that forex dealing regulation is coming back to the fray. According to recent reports by Russian media there might be some key amendments aimed to limit the participation of brokers residing in offshore financial centres (OFCs). The revisions have been introduced for consideration of the financial markets committee headed by Natalya Burykina.
Popular Offshore Destinations Not Tolerated
While the committee plans to discuss the proposed amendments to the forex regulation bill, it is worth pointing out that Cyprus has been excluded by lawmakers from the list of OFCs back in January 2013. However entities which are regulated in Malta might have a hard time getting into the Russian market if the amendments are included. Needless to say the list goes on with a full mention of all offshore tax heavens one can think of, and notably includes the United Arab Emirates and Hong Kong. After hinting at a break below the 1.3700 handle in intraday trade, the bulls have managed to regain control of prices for the time-being.
