Kiwi MACD Bot MT5 is an automated trading Expert Advisor built around a MACD-based seed entry engine combined with a Smart Grid Basket Manager.
The EA uses MACD market signals to identify potential BUY and SELL opportunities, while its higher-timeframe confirmation system can help filter entries according to broader market direction. Once a seed position is opened, the basket-management engine automatically handles additional grid positions, profit targets and risk controls.
The recommended default configuration uses:

The strategy operates independently of the chart timeframe used to attach the EA because its signal and higher-timeframe logic are internally controlled.
MACD Seed Engine
Kiwi MACD Bot includes several MACD entry approaches so traders can experiment with different market conditions.
MACD Trend follows MACD direction for trend-continuation opportunities.
MACD Cross looks for fresh crossings between the MACD main and signal lines.
MACD Zero Cross focuses on directional movement as MACD crosses the zero level.
MACD Hybrid — Recommended Default combines MACD direction, crossover information and higher-timeframe confirmation.
The Hybrid mode with M15 confirmation is the recommended default configuration in v1.01.
Three Trading Profiles
The EA provides three selectable entry profiles:
Conservative — stronger filtering and fewer trading opportunities.
Normal — Default — balanced entry filtering and trading frequency.
Frequent — relaxed filtering designed to produce more potential entry opportunities.
The profile can also be selected directly from the interactive trading dashboard.
Higher-Timeframe MACD Confirmation
The built-in higher-timeframe filter allows the MACD seed engine to confirm the direction of a potential entry using a separate timeframe.
The recommended configuration uses:
Chart: Any compatible chart timeframe
Internal HTF confirmation: M15
This helps keep the trading logic consistent even if the EA is attached to a different chart timeframe.
Smart Grid Basket Manager
After a seed trade enters the market, Kiwi MACD Bot can automatically manage the resulting basket.

BUY and SELL baskets are tracked separately, allowing each side of the strategy to be managed independently.
Automatic + Manual Seed Trading
Kiwi MACD Bot supports both automatic and manual trading workflows.
With Automatic Seed Trading enabled, the MACD engine searches for qualified entry opportunities and starts baskets automatically.
Traders can also open a manual BUY or SELL position and allow the EA's basket-management system to manage the resulting position group.
This makes the EA useful both as a fully automated trading system and as a semi-automatic trade-management tool.
Built-In Drawdown Protection
Risk controls are integrated directly into the basket engine.
The recommended v1.01 defaults are:
BUY Basket Drawdown Limit: 5%
SELL Basket Drawdown Limit: 5%
Master Balance Drawdown Limit: 40%
The BUY and SELL protection systems operate independently, while the Master DD system provides an additional account-level safeguard.
The dashboard displays current drawdown information so the trader can monitor basket conditions directly from the chart.

Broker symbol specifications, spread, execution, leverage and Gold contract size can differ significantly, so results may vary between brokers.
Important Risk Information
Kiwi MACD Bot uses grid basket management, which can increase market exposure when additional positions are added. A lot multiplier can further increase exposure as a basket develops.
The drawdown controls are designed as risk-management safeguards, but they cannot eliminate trading risk, slippage, gaps, execution differences or losses.
Always test the EA using the MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester and a demo account with your own broker conditions before considering live trading.
