bought an EA and a indicator yesterday but i cant see the purchases - page 3

I just tried erasing the login details in /tools/options/community in all my mt4 in my windows computer and then i click on "OK". By doing that, now i see both the indicator and EA in the Market/downloads section (notice before with my login details it was Market/purchases) so just by deleting the login details now i see the 2 things i bought in two of my mt4's the other one wont show the two purchases even if i delete my login details. I just see one, first mt4 of the screenshot. http://i.imgur.com/2pn9wgk.png

 

buy Another license? the EA i bought have 5 activations and the other indicator 10 activations? why would i need to buy another license? 

I had the same problem. I solved it by.  erasing the login details in /tools/options/community  and then go to company chart and login to my MQL5 accunt and then install it agin.
 

I have bought and paid for an EA, EA Gold Pulse, However when I open MT4 terminal Market/Purchase, I was not able to see or download the EA. Instead, I was told I can download Demo version or Buy?

Can MQL% sales team load the EA to my purchase as the product had been paid. Thsnks Peter Wong

If you bought and paid for the Market product (if the fund already came to the Market) so this product is listed on your profile here:

If the product is not listed in purchases so you can refresh the purchased tab:

The purchased tab is only showing the last two purchases

Even if a Market product is removed from the showcase, those who already purchased it, can install it anytime from their MetaTrader terminal (Market \ Purchased section).

In case you don't see the product on the list of your purchases in the terminal, try the following:

  1. Close all your MetaTrader terminals
  2. Go to C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\Community
  3. Delete all files starting from mql4.market.* and mql5.market.*
  4. Open MetaTrader terminal
  5. Try to install product again
