So no live account could get the MT5 signals yet? Does that really affect all the brokers ?

My results (31.10.2012):

On some broker the signal works, but not on some.

Some answer from broker: "I have checked with our technical department and at the moment we are currently not offering this function on MT5 which is why the signal tab is not available for you, however we should be offering this in the near future."

Nope, we won't compare brokers here, we treat them equally.

Do that in some other forum, please :) 

Beside, signal is still new, and broker must update their server first.
