No. Only a full-fledged terminal - for desktop Windows - can receive signals.
 

I can't subscribe to the signal WITH REFERENCE REMOVED, and to any other signal in mt4 as well. After entering the password in the terminal and clicking the subscribe button, nothing happens, although a window should pop up with the subscription settings. On mt5 works. What can be the matter?

Of course they can't, if they try to sign up with a real account on a demo, or with MT5 terminal on a signal from MT4.

From the demo account, the subscription was organised. No problems. Describe by steps and show screenshots of your actions. Also show the terminal log - what messages are printed to the log.
