I have a problem, and I realise it's something completely stupid, but I don't understand how to approach it at all.

I installed the utility from the market - it installed normally on all my computers. On one vps also normally. But on the other one, I tried both ways and allowed it through the website, but in the end, the following line is written in the log: "MQL4 Market: failed to create temp file for downloading product 'first name' [267]". And when downloading through the terminal shop it says "installation failed".

Can anyone tell me how to deal with this?

The number of allowed activations is not exceeded? What is the build of the terminal on which the installation fails?
 
Hello, I would like to buy the indicator, but when buying it, the terminal asks me to enter the password, I enter it, but the button ok is not highlighted, the password is correct, I enter it correctly, what can be the reason?

You are entering the wrong password (you need the password from your mql5.community account).
 
Good afternoon. I tried to rent an indicator. When I press the key, some action happens (at least the comp shows processing of something), the MT4 terminal window appears, in general, after that is all. Purchases occur normally.

Have you tried to rent from the terminal itself (to search for a product you need to use the search bar in the upper right corner of the terminal)? What build of the terminal?
