absolutely adequate as well as absolutely normal people do not exist - it's a fact, it's hilarious how the "horde of programmers" pounces on any non-positive feedback - be more mature, the customer, he is also a person, with his own oddities and his understanding of "what is good and what is bad", a good ignore sometimes works better than the clarification of relations, imho.
