Hello,

I would like to propose Reliable Trade Copying in MetaTrader, a practical article series covering Telegram, Discord, TradingView, and local copying between MetaTrader terminals.

I develop trade copying and signal execution tools under the SENDORIQ name and sell my Telegram, Discord, and TradingView integrations on the MQL5 Market. The series draws on problems I encountered while building and testing these systems.

I propose starting with three articles.

  1. One Trade Action, Three Input Sources. Compare how a Telegram reply, a TradingView webhook, and a source-account change detected by a local trade copier can each trigger the same action in MetaTrader: closing half of an open position.

  2. Parsing Free-Text Trading Signals in MQL5. Convert different message formats into structured trade instructions and reject ambiguous or incomplete messages.

  3. Handling Edited Signals and Replies. Associate an edit or reply with the correct order or position, even when two trades on the same symbol are open.

The articles would include reproducible examples with source code, synthetic messages, and demo trade scenarios. If the initial articles are a good fit, the series could expand to around ten parts, including Discord signal handling, TradingView alert expiry, MT5-to-MT5 and MT5-to-MT4 copying, netting and hedging, and restart recovery.

Here is the draft outline for Part 1.

Would this series be a good fit for the Articles section?

Best regards,
Jan Kahlert
