not exactly calculated.you may be right and that's more easy n comfortable...n lotsizing will be an important factor
 
Then your strategy is around 3 times better than mine, with 1000USD initial at the end of 5 years I'd have made 307,630,000USD although the max drawdown on my account would be of 10% that's something you need to keep in mind.

we can simply do the Math.

runtime: 5 Years, or 1.305 Trading Days (assumed no holidays).

start: 1000 $

stop: 1.000.000.000 $ 

using geometric growth formula (compound interest), 

r = (xt/x0)(1/t) - 1 

 =(1000000000/1000)^(1/1305) - 1

 =1000000^(1/1305) - 1

 =  0.010643 

or 1.07%

For Tan Phan Ngoc to reach 1.000.000.000 in 5 years, 

He has to make profit 1.07% of account balance every day (assume no limit of lots).

day 1 -> 1,000 he should made the balance to be 1,010.7 

day 2 -> 1,010.7 he should made the balance to be 1,021.5

... till day 1305.

Does this 1.07% make sense? It is your discretion.

In theory Yes

In Practice No


As you make more money you will need to increase lot size and the bigger the lot size the more the price will distort against you when you get in and when you get out of market- especially with an EA this is not possible. It is possible only with long term trading long term trands- You only need to look at the big money to see that the bigger money pot you have the harder it is to get high returns- and the number of strategies for profitable trading reduces. You can not for example try to scalp with a billion dollar account

 
Market is not geometry. When anyone wants to sell or buy, he needs a counterpart order. While with 1 lot trading his market share is negligible, with 1000 lots trading he is already in troubles to get filled. Then he needs quite different strategies, as whatever he does, it spoils his entry&close price.
