Been looking for a solution like this for a long time.... registered... downloaded... installed (to my surprise it weighs only 6 metres), I click on the shortcut (created on the desktop) - it gives a message that it doesn't know forat (the shortcut points to jar format).... Having unpacked this jar manually exe did not find....
Please explain how to be in my situation... I really want to start this programme....
can you upload the archive with the software?
I don't want to register (I never understood webadmins and sites where you have to give your email to download or display a link).
As I understand it, this is the 2nd article from the "Visual Constructors" series.
Judging by the article, the constructor's capabilities are too weak. Simple operations - who needs them.
Programmers will never use such a solution. Each programmer has his own code style, his own mnemonics of variables, his own developments. And programmers seldom edit other people's code for their needs in practice.
Does a non-programmer need a constructor? How will a constructor help a non-programmer? A non-programmer can understand the simplest TOR. And here you have to get into the logic of building your TS. It is cheaper to hire a specialist. And any, even the simplest TS, often has non-standard additions, and the designer with such situations offers to make corrections to the code himself.
That is, as it is stated "no programming knowledge is required" - this does not correspond to practical reality.
Here's what I wonder. Does anyone buy such programmes?
Is a constructor necessary for a non-programmer? And how will a designer help a non-programmer? A non-programmer can understand the simplest ToR. But here you have to go into the logic of building your TS. It is cheaper to hire a specialist. Here is what is interesting. Does anyone buy such programmes?
And how many such novice traders are attracted every month by aggressive advertising of forex trading? And how many of them download dozens of "owls" from all kinds of forex collectors? And they buy them for $1-10$ without any problems.
I think they will buy them, it is easier to buy a constructor once and try all the signals. And in the direction of ready-made schemes should be looked at, when it is like in the palm of your hand - to insert somewhere your own filter on some indicator I think it will not be a problem.
It's not cheaper to get a specialist. This is the destiny of those who are more experienced. Before thinking about a specialist, you need to form a ToR, and before the ToR, a lot of water runs out, you want to try and try now. One signal, several, a filter, another one, etc.

This is your hope of the designer's developer.
And in fact - let's analyse how everything happens:
1 there is an idea - it is looked at exclusively on the chart, tried on real/demo.
2 then handy and familiar tools are used - e.g. calculator, excel - nobody wants and will not master a new one.
3 during these two steps - an idea crystallises, though not yet formalised, but a vague confidence that the found strategy is working.
4 these three steps - only one idea and no reason to try something else - until one "right" idea is tested - and there are no doubts in its "correctness".
5 there is no desire to master something, and why - the solution has been found and the "trader" without 5 minutes, if not a millionaire, is in the money.
6 there is no sense to master something, and why - a third-party developer is being searched for.
So the structures are for those who are interested in them and want to try them - no more.
And only specialists and those who are interested in them will try them and be interested in them, and only for the purpose of looking at them.
I wonder if Master MKL5 is popular? Interesting statistics.
I personally like Master MKL5 because it is systematic and uncomplicated to master.
And the task of MKL5 Master developers is secondary - an additional service.
And the task of third-party designers is to earn money on it. And the sales market is "empty" and "illusory".
Described constructors - their main chip - the interface "buzzes, glows, flashes: how funny" - look "how interesting everything is" - and what can? - "not enough yet"

I have another suggestion for you.
If you made a generator of trading strategies in the sense that your generator could immediately show whether the strategy will be profitable or unprofitable (without generating the code in MQL), so let's say according to Andrei's points we go from bottom to top.
That is, we have a tool that can check different logic on history and show the final balance. It draws schemes of logic, signal connections, etc.
If the researcher is satisfied with the given logic of signals, he presses the button - generate code - and it's done. The idea is tested, the expert is created
I am sure many people will use such a tool. If not as the first acquaintance with the terminal, then as the second one for sure.
Everyone sometimes runs out of ideas, and here you are presented with a tool where you can easily test hundreds of ideas WITHOUT CODING.
If you add to it a search of signal parameters (i.e. like small optimisation actions), then this PROFIT strategy generator will be worthless. Average traders (not beginners) will use it for sure.
Is the idea good?
Good idea?
Well, you've put a twist on it - it turned out great.
I was testing a customer's system once, and it turned out that the less you trade, the more money you make.
Ideally, what you suggested would be exactly like that: "Don't trade at all."
