This file does not need to be unpacked in Java instead of exe it uses files with jar extension to run. It's just that Windows detects it as an archive. Apparently, you do not have a Java machine installed on your PC.

If you could make a generator of trading strategies so that your generator could immediately show whether the strategy will be profitable or unprofitable (without generating the code in MQL), so let's say according to Andrei's points from bottom to top.

That is, we have a tool that can check different logic on history and show the final balance. It draws schemes of logic, signal connections, etc.
If the researcher is satisfied with the given logic of signals, he presses the button - generate code - and it's done. The idea is tested, the expert is created

I am sure many people will use such a tool. If not as the first acquaintance with the terminal, then as the second one for sure.

Everyone sometimes runs out of ideas, and here you are presented with a tool where you can easily test hundreds of ideas WITHOUT CODING.

If you add to it a search of signal parameters (i.e. like small optimisation actions), then this PROFIT strategy generator will be worthless. Average traders (not beginners) will use it for sure.

Is the idea good?

Well, what's wrong with the standard tester? By the way, I have the last saved scheme available for quick testing, only in the editor it is necessary to recompile the "EA-container" containing one single include (the last generated code from the files directory is included). Everything is simple, you don't even need to change the EA under test in the tester tab.
I liked the result - "save as" to a new project.
The only inconvenience is to take Expert Advisor codes for separate use because they are in the sandbox (mql5/files).

Judging by the article, the constructor's capabilities are too weak. Simple operations - who needs them.

Programmers will never use such a solution. Each programmer has his own code style, his own mnemonics of variables, his own developments. And programmers seldom edit other people's code for their needs in practice.

Does a non-programmer need a constructor? How will a constructor help a non-programmer? A non-programmer can understand the simplest TOR. And here you have to get into the logic of building your TS. It is cheaper to hire a specialist. And any, even the simplest TS, often has non-standard additions, and the designer with such situations offers to make corrections to the code himself.

That is, as it is stated "no programming knowledge is required" - this does not correspond to practical reality.

Here's what I wonder. Does anyone buy such programmes?

Why not! If you are far from programming, this program is just right, of course it is not interesting for those who write Expert Advisors to order, it turns out to be your competitor, for example, I recently ordered a simple Expert Advisor for $50, although this program can be written in a minute! And what is built in the terminal itself, for writing Expert Advisors, so there too you need to know a little programming, but why a trader should fill his head with different codes!
