Permission request: displaying MT5 Economic Calendar values (actual / forecast / previous) on our website

Dear MetaQuotes Ltd.,

I operate a Japanese-language FX information website. We would like to ask for your permission to display data from the MetaTrader 5 Economic Calendar on our website, and to ask about any conditions that apply.

**What we would like to display**

- For about 12 major economic events (US Nonfarm Payrolls, US CPI, FOMC, US GDP advance estimate, US Retail Sales, ISM Manufacturing / Services PMI, US PCE price index, and the policy rate decisions of the BOJ, ECB, BOE and RBA):
  - the release date and time
  - the actual, forecast and previous values of each release from 2020 onward
- Our own statistics computed from these values together with our own price data, such as "average USD/JPY movement in the 60 minutes after releases that beat / missed the forecast".

**How the data is obtained**

- Through the MQL5 Calendar functions (CalendarValueHistory etc.) in a MetaTrader 5 terminal that we operate. We do not scrape mql5.com or tradays.com.

**How it would be presented**

- As tables and charts on about 12 indicator pages of our website (free to view; the site is supported by advertising).
- We would not provide the data as a downloadable file or API, and we would not offer a calendar service that competes with yours.
- We will clearly credit the source, e.g. "Forecast values: MetaQuotes Ltd. Economic Calendar (mql5.com)", with a link to your calendar, or in any other form you require.

**Our questions**

1. May we display the forecast values (and the actual / previous values) as described above?
2. If so, are there any conditions (attribution format, link, number of past releases, fees, etc.)?
3. If displaying the raw forecast values is not allowed, may we publish only statistics derived from them (for example, the average price movement when the actual value beat the forecast), without showing the forecast values themselves?

Thank you for your time. I look forward to your reply.

You seem to be missing the point!

You are not supposed to be scraping data from the website at all, slowly or otherwise.

Read the articles or other pages online when needed (or print to PDF, only the ones you are researching at the time). You should not be collecting them en masse. Doing so violates the Terms and Conditions and may also be violating Copyrights as well.

3.7. You agree not to use the website www.mql5.com by any means other than through the interface that is provided by MetaQuotes Ltd on www.mql5.com or the MetaQuotes Software interface, unless You have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with MetaQuotes Ltd. You specifically agree not to access the website www.mql5.com through any automated means, including use of scripts, crawlers, or similar technologies.

(yellow emphasis added).

Therefore, you can contact the Service Desk and request permission. All that I can say is... good luck: https://www.mql5.com/en/sikyou2008/sikyou2008/servicedesk
