Yes.

Metaquotes, and that is proprietary informaiton.

It depends on what you mean by "separately." See Part 11 of the following article (Ctrl-F for "revised):
Trading with the MQL5 Economic Calendar (Part 11): Modular Canvas News Dashboard
Allan Munene Mutiiria, 2026.05.26 12:29
We rebuild the MQL5 Economic Calendar dashboard from a monolithic object-based panel into a modular canvas-based system split across four files. The update adds a dual light and dark theme, collapsible day groups, a resizable layout with pixel-based scrolling, revised value markers, and a live countdown with toast notifications. A candidate event cache and a fast-path timer that repaints only changed cells improve responsiveness and make the codebase easier to extend. You are missing trading opportunities:

Hello,
I use MetaTrader 5 (build 6274, IC Markets EU terminal) and its built-in Economic Calendar (MQL5 Calendar API). I am doing private, internal research on how XAUUSD reacts to US data releases, and I need written answers to three questions before storing any calendar records locally.
1. Permission. Am I allowed to read historical US calendar records (event time, actual, forecast, previous values for Nonfarm Payrolls, Core CPI m/m and Retail Sales m/m, 2017-2021) through the MQL5 Calendar API and store them locally on my own computer, for private research and back-testing only? The data would not be redistributed, published or sold, and would not be shared with third parties.
2. Forecast source. What is the source and method of the "forecast" values? Are they a consensus of analysts or institutions, or an estimate produced by MetaQuotes?
3. Revisions. Are the forecast_value and actual_value of past records ever overwritten after publication? In particular, does actual_value keep the first published figure, with revisions held separately in revised_prev_value?
A short written reply to each point would be very helpful. If private storage is not permitted, please tell me so I can stop.
Thank you.
