Cancelled MQL5 VPS subscription but money is locked - page 2

I have two outstanding subscriptions that I try to switch which didn't work, they are pending and not reflected on my account 
I have attached all operations from 15th to 21 Oct)

I think you have some successfully canceled MQL5 VPS subscriptions and you will see the money returned to your MQL5 account.

I can't be 100% sure, because you've made and cancelled a lot of subscriptions in a short period of time.

In the desktop accounting page all these are clearer to read.

I switched and it didn't work so I cancelled,  please how do I get to the admin to help rectify this problem

If you moved your MQL5 VPS subscription to another trading account and didn't work, then you've made some mistake in the new account's credentials.

You may contact the Service Desk about it.

I switched tow subscriptions which did not work after switched, I have to cancelled to see if it will work and it didn't. I am just concerned about the subscription from 15th to 21th of October 
How do.i get to the admin to rectify this issue for me, pleaee
