Refund my money please

I canceled a purchase. Please refund my money. Why won't you refund my money if I paid directly by card, not with MQL5 balance? I don't need an MQL5 balance. I need my money back in my bank account. Why isn't there an option to request a refund? Why can't the help bot find anything with the word "Refund"?

This forum does not handle refunds. If you have a legitimate dispute, you have 2 options:

  1. Go to "Service Desk" in the left menu frame next to your Profile. The Service Desk handles financial issues. Generally, direct refunds are limited to 7 days from purchase date. This may be why a refund option is not showing for you.
  2. Contact your credit card company to request a chargeback.

In either case, your dispute must be legitimate. In the case of a chargeback the dispute must involve a product not received, a defective product, or a product not as advertised, etc. A chargeback is a serious matter. Chargebacks are tracked by card processors and banks and too many can land a retailer on the MATCH list which is basically a death knell for a retailer. Every chargeback costs a retailer fees too. If a consumer requests too may chargebacks, the consumer will be banned as well. For a chargeback, be sure to document your transaction, communications, and account info with saved images/files. You must attempt to negotiate directly with the retailer first. Most retailers (this includes me) would rather negotiate instead of suffering a chargeback if they know that one is potentially coming. Visa and Mastercard generally have a 120 day limit.

You're welcome.

I forgot to mention one thing. The Seller-developer is another party to your dispute. In case you haven't already, you should make an attempt to contact the Seller-developer.

And by the way, skip any kind of arbitration because chargebacks can't be arbitrated.
