you cant.

when you cancel a vps, the remaining balance of your vps hours is noted in your account as "free minutes". which you can use a free vps with several restrictions such as maximum number of charts 16 and other restrictions i cant remember now.

i switch account but its not working

you can change it 1 time per week. any more, you have to contact service desk to have them do that.

remember to migrate your charts again after you change your account. migration to new vps is not done automaticly.

If you've cancelled your MQL5 VPS subscription within 24 hours from your initial subscription, you got an automatic refund to your MQL5 account.

If you've cancelled after the 24-hour limit, you were charged normally for the entire subscription duration, but the remaining time has been credited to your MQL5 account as free minutes, as Michael mentioned above.

If you subscribe to MQL5 VPS again from another trading account, you will see these free minutes waiting for you as an option, during the purchase procedure.

I do not understand,  there is a problem somewhere, I switched vpn from one brocker ti another yesterday, but it didn't migrate on the brocker I switched to, I tried to migrate and it was asking me to buy. I really now that I was debited yesterday and the switch I made did not work, so I cancelled and I saw on 65 dollar on my account. I switched two account which is now missing. Please, I need you to verify and rectify. Thank you

I need to see if you have cancelled your MQL5 VPS successfully or not and I can't see that from your cropped screenshot.

Post a screenshot of your accounting page, showing the MQL5 VPS subscription records.

By the way, if you've moved your MQL5 VPS subscription to another trading account and you can't see it connected to it, that means that you've made some mistake filling the new account's credentials.

You need to wait a week for a new move.

On 15th October 2026, I pay in 195dollar into my account, I then subscription 3 different 6 months subscription on a brocker #6925263( number 17047978) #6925264( no: 17047979), and #6925266(no;17047983), they  same day, I cancelled two out of the three subscription and tre to switch which didn't work. I was the debited again for another subscription as I was trying to migrate on 20 of October that was yesterday which is now active on one of my account I was trying to switch to. Fine attach prof os subscription and cancellation.
