I am writing to respectfully request the review and delisting of my dedicated trading VPS.
I use this Windows server exclusively for personal algorithmic trading, running my licensed MetaTrader 5 terminal to manage my live broker positions. Recently, my MT5 instance on this host has been unable to connect to MQL5 network services and terminal synchronization endpoints, receiving an HTTP 403 / connection refused error.
It is external VPS so I think - MQL5 Support Team will not review it sorry.
==================
I personally had similar issue on one of my computer ("HTTP 403 / connection refused error") and I fix it by editing the host file:
- hosts file: the thread (English),
- post #3 with instruction about HowTo
==================
There are several reasons about why VPS may be banned, and one of the reasons - it was banned by this MQL5 internet portal.
But there are many other reasons indicating that it is not ban ... so please read this summary blog post with all the reasons explained (check the IP about the VPS provider was banned or not, check Microsoft Edge WebView2 which should be installed on your VPS, and more and more) -

Hi Kamaz20,
Just so you know, there is a thread from the last few days that looks like the same issue: “MT5 LiveUpdate fails on netcup server after 1 year without problems; MQL5 returns HTTP 403” (started by Norbert). It is also a netcup server, with the same timing (started 1-2 weeks ago) and the same symptoms. That suggests the restriction may affect a whole netcup range and not only your IP, which is useful information for MetaQuotes.
Some suggestions:
- Use the Service Desk, not only the forum. The public forum isn’t a support channel, and you shouldn’t post your server IP here. The blog post “Summary: Installation Failed - Error 403 and more” explains that the Service Desk can check such cases and may ask for the IP privately.
- Include concrete details in your request: server IP, the time of the first failure, the Journal lines (for example “community authorization failed”), and the result of a plain GET vs. HEAD request to www.mql5.com (a GET returning 403 while HEAD returns 200 is what Norbert saw).
- Mention that other netcup customers are affected and link both threads.
- Ask netcup to assign a different IP in the meantime. It may be the fastest workaround, though a new IP from the same range could be blocked too.
- Test from another network (phone hotspot or another host) to confirm that the problem is tied to the server’s IP and not to your account or build.
Please report back here if you get an answer.

The hosts file is fine, and doesnt block the MQL5 services.
After asking the NETCUP vps provider, they told me the MQL5 blocks your IPV6 and some range of IPs.
So the issue isnt in VPS, its in MQL5 who blocked my access.
I cant change IPV4 addresss as Already my windows is installed in VPS, and it may cost $$ to change IPV4, and there is no guarantee, if changes made, It will works.
