EA not in purchases

Good day,

I purchase Scalping Robot Pro MT5 yesterday but did not arrive in my purchase item,in i already paid in detuct already on my card, i will attached the recipt.

Please advise what will advice how i can get back my money.

It depends on which payment system you used to purchase - 

• by bank card - you should wait when the money will arrived to the Market (by few days);
• and purchasing by using MQL5 forum account/profile - it is immediate accepted the purchase.

So, next time - deposit some fund to your MQL5 forum account/profile and pay directly from it.

If you haven't received your refund, you should submit a ticket in ServiceDesk. They will look into it and resolve the issue.

Are you sure? restart metatrader, the market might be cached. Refresh the expert market folder in MT5
