Bug - "Depth of Market" does not behave

Hello, 

I came across a weird behavior from enabling DOM on the Terminal.. So, it's all good, as long as we do not change anything in the Market Watch.. The moment we do that, all hell breaks loose: DOM will not close from the menu, maybe it will close after many attempts with Alt-B, it "magnets" itself to newly added symbols - while those symbols are not opened on a chart, then you cannot hide the symbol, the DOM does not comeback until after we restart the Terminal, and so on.. I believe you get the idea, if you play a little bit with it, I believe developers should have a look at :)

PS I forgot to write that the issues appear when the DOM is already showing and then we append symbols to the Market Watch,

Not reproducible without clear information how to do it. Checked with B6182 and B6209.
