MQL5 Cloud Network Shows $0 Balance Despite $20 Account Balance + Phone Verification SMS Not Received
I have no idea about the situation with existing $20 balance but many people are using telegram to verify the phone number.

Hello,
I deposited $20 into my MQL5.com account and the website correctly shows an available balance of $20.00.
However, in MetaTrader 5 → Strategy Tester → Agents → MQL5 Cloud Network, the balance still shows $0.00.
I have confirmed that MetaTrader 5 is logged into the same MQL5.community account. The MQL5 Cloud agents are visible and show “ready”, but when I try to start an optimization using Cloud only, the Journal shows:
“not enough money to use cloud network”
“no agent is ready, optimization not started”
I also noticed that my account is asking me to add/verify my mobile phone number. I tried to receive the verification code three times, but no SMS code arrived. After the third attempt, the website told me to try again after 24 hours.
Could the missing phone verification or a restriction on financial operations be preventing my $20 balance from being available to the MQL5 Cloud Network?
Please advise how I can verify my phone number and make my existing $20 balance available for Cloud Network optimization.
