Balance not updating in MT5 (MQL5 Cloud Network) despite showing on website

 
Hello, I recently added a $20 balance to my account. It correctly shows the $20 balance on my website accounting page, but in MetaTrader 5 under "Agents" > "MQL5 Cloud Network", it doesn't show any balance at all. I have double-checked that I am definitely logged into the correct account in MT5. I tried the MQL5 AI Helper chat but it couldn't answer my specific question. Has anyone experienced this delay or know how to force MT5 to sync the balance? Thanks in advance!

you have not posted any proof that you have the $20 in your account. However, there are many threads that detail how sometimes deposits may take a few days to finish processing. It may say you have $20 in account, but it may be frozen due to transaction still in processing stage.
