sms verification code

 I'd like to verify my mobile phone, however the Verification Code is not received neither by Telegram nor SMS. I tried Both Telegram & SMS, but No code has been received. i already exceeded the confirmation limits, i have to try after 24 hours, but i don't so far what is the problem. can anybody help please?

We (on the forum) can not help you with any withdrawal and any verification.
You can read this summary thread What to do if I am not receiving the verification SMS from MQL5.com to my phone? about it general advices about.
or write to the service desk (but I am not sure that the service may help ... but just in case ...).

Thank you for you response, i did everything mentioned in summary thread and still the same, though i am receiving international sms normally on same number.

You can try telegram - the telegram application which is associated with your phone number (I amusing web telegram on computer).

If not help so ask the service-desk for advice.
