These reviews were showing on my profile overview for mnths, but they've suddenly disappeared. Can you explain why this has happened?

I think it's a bit premature to just quit.

I see 2 reviews on your profile. Maybe ask service desk about the 3rd one? 
Sometimes could just be a bug in system which they might fix?

This was clearly a bug or some technical issue with the site. It has already been fixed and your (and everyone's else) ratings are just fine again.
