VPS Activation Issue – Not Activating on My Account

Hello MT5 Support Team,

I had an active VPS subscription with 2 weeks of time remaining.  
Now when I try to attach the VPS to my account, it is not activating.

Could you please check and let me know why it’s not working and how I can fix it?

First you need to login into your MQL5 account in MT5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community with your 82321393 login.

Then you will see your MQL5 VPS under your trading account in the Navigator window.

If you see a little red square on the left of it, it means that it is stopped and you need to make a new migration of your local trading environment to it (your EAs and indicators), in order to start again.

If you don't see your MQL5 VPS at all, then you don't have an active subscription connected to this trading account. You can check your MQL5 VPS subscriptions here: https://www.mql5.com/en/vps/subscriptions
