I have a problem with change VPS from a MT4 account to a MT5 account. Could you help me?

You can't move your MQL5 VPS from MT4 to MT5 or vice versa.

I have a subscription for 6 months and my MT4 EA Agimat does not work on MQL5 VPS. I am hoping to instead use this VPS for my MT5 EA Arbor. Is it possible to transfer this VPS to MT5 or cancel it with a refund otherwise my 6 months subscription goes waste. Please let me know.

You can cancel your MT4 MQL5 VPS subscription and you will be credited the remaining time as free minutes to your MQL5 account.

Then you can register MQL5 VPS in your MT5 terminal and use the free minutes (some thousands) that you will find available.
