Google Login Problems

Guys i need help, i login to web mql5 with google but when i want to login metatrader 5 community it says incorrect user. there is no google login in mt5 so i don't know the password. when i reset password in mql5 web, it sends it to my email and if i log in mt5 it takes me to my account. this means i have two accounts created under one email. 
 
Don't use your Google email to login into your MQL5 account in MT5, use your ebambrose login in MT5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community.
 
i don't use email, i use ebambrose but i don't know the password because the account was created with google login in 2022. i have tried using my google email password, i have tried to request a new password, they sent a new one and i use it but it didn't still work

Use your forum login and native forum password. Your forum login is ebambrose because the link to your profile is https://www.mql5.com/en/users/ebambrose

As to password so you can change the password:

If you forgot your password, or you registered using google or facebook so use the following link to get new password for example:

I used the link you sent and did a password change, but it doesn't log me in still. i have two profiles under one email and it should not be so. i would not be bothered if i didn't hav some money in this one.

email can not be used as a login to Community tab of Metatrader.
Your login is ebambrose because the link to your profile is https://www.mql5.com/en/users/ebambrose and native forum password ("native password" means: not facebook/google related password).

It is prohibited to have two profiles (in one email or on any email).

I just posted you the explanation about how you can login to Community tab of Metatrader.

i get this in my email


Login: Philbert (the username of my other account)

Password: xxxxxxx

As I understand - you should write the email here https://www.mql5.com/en/auth_forgotten (the email you used for registration of your ebambrose account).

Login: EbAmbrose

Password: xxxxxxx

ebambrose, and not EbAmbrose

I changed my password many times and I know how to do it because of that. Besides, many people are registered by using google so they are changing their password which is coming to their google email, and not a problem at all.

Because one email can not be used for two accounts (it is technical limitation).

then contact service desk and explain about the 2 accounts and which account that you want to keep. And do it soon or the system will close both accounts because having 2 or more accounts is not allowed.
