I checked the email in the account, it was a random email i used to open it in 2022 and the email doesn't exist. so i went to create an email using those same random details, when i requested for a new password, they sent it to the new email i created. and i was able to login.

well done. But now you need to contact the service desk to get that 2nd account deleted. only 1 account per user is allowed on the whole site, so if the bot/system detects that more than 1 account has been accessed by the same ip address, then, the system might delete all accounts associated with that common ip address.
