i was able to fix it after clearing the eurchf folders from tick and history folders located in Bases folder on my mt5 dir. then re importing the data

sounds like issue with the 3rd party program, not mt4/5 problem. Tickstory did the same thing to me in past; sometimes it didnt edit the files correctly.

I did get heapmin issue on 20 year import. it did work when i loaded smaller amount 2005-2010 in the csv. i did want to test the entire 20 years.

i was able to get it to work after re importing even with the heapmin error. i did 1 min ohlc to test. i had to create custom symbol with gbpusd with the data from the gbpusd symbol on my broker

Try just to reimport the data.
