Indicator not working

 
i purchased an indicator called TPSpro TREND PRO for mt5 and the indicator stopped working, I tried reaching out to the seller but no response. What can i do?
 

The standard procedure is the following: ask the seller for support. Because this indicator may work well for the other buyers but it does not work for you ... why? the reasons -

  • because you are using the beta buid of MT5,
  • activation was finished (because of Windows was updated) and you need to re-install indicator by using same MT5;
  • some bug in your Windows 10 64-bit computer for example;
  • more.

It may be important about which build of MT5 you are using (try to use the latest official/stable build: All about MT5 updates.)

I just downloaded version 5430 hopefully this works because it was working fine before

Make sure that activation is valid - you can see it in the log/journal of Metatrader (because activation can not be valid because of some Windows updates). If it is related to the activation so delete this purchase from MT5 and download/install it once again from same MT5.
