In case you got an BETA update, for whatever reason, and you want to move to the last official release :
- A Telegram channel has been created, you will always find there the last official release needed exe files.
- MT5 Terminal is available in several versions according to your CPU capabilities. You can check which version you have to use in the Journal log, at the first entries after you started MT5.
Here my version is AVX2, an other possibility is X64
- With this information you will know which zip file to download.
- You then just have to replace your current exe files with the ones from the Zip. If you don't know how to do, then doing this operation is probably not a good idea.
After MT5 is restarted, you will have the last official release.
If you don't want to get beta-build updates again :
- NEVER connect to MetaQuotes-Demo server.
- NEVER use MT5 Terminal Help menu=>Check for Updates=>Last Beta Version.

since i have download the last version of MetaTester 5 build 5501 , the cloud connection have stopped working...
Hopefully i have another older build who run good at the beginning, the version 5480 AVX2.
But this version also start to not run good, it have disconnected all cloud connection who previously running good and now im unable to offer my cpus ...
I run a 88 core Xeon 2.4ghz, and it make good money, but now the program have stopped and unbale to connect to cloud.
Im on win10 20H2, all updates and bloatwares blocked...
Anyone have old builds that i can try ?

the new version is doing a lot of mistakes ...
by mistakes i mean that on my laptop the version of tester never make any update and stay on 5480 ,,,
but on my tower 88 xeon, it auto upadte to the newest version all time, and the agents get disconnected ones after ones for no reasons ...
for now it have updated to 5540 AVX2 , but it cause too many disconnections...
i will try the x64 exe of 5480 you provided, but can you plaese explain me how to stop updates and what is the difference with adx2 and x64 ?
my comptuter is x64 based, not arm, or any other.
The difference between x64 and AVX2 comes from what you CPU is. It's explained how to know which one to use in my post above about MT5 updates.
You can not stop updates.
La différence entre x64 et AVX2 dépend de votre processeur. J'explique comment choisir le bon format dans mon message précédent concernant les mises à jour de MT5.
Vous ne pouvez pas arrêter les mises à jour.
