MetaTrading 5 Agent NOT connecting to the cloud

I have 5 computers and in 2 of them the tranding agents are not connecting to the cloud. I saw that agent manager was running an old version of Manager, I just donwloaded the manager from the mql5.com and reinstalled, but the version is installing is 3808, is there any way to force to update or to download the last version of the manager? I guess this is the reason is not connecting to the cloud.

Anyone experiencing the cloud agents issues while backtesting?? I cannot optimise my ea with cloud agents. Its bugging across different terminal and even on my VPS

When i choose touse cloud agents, it says “processing” then “Available”. Rapidly switching between the two.
Its not allowing my to optimise my strategy with cloud agents.

It sounds like maybe you have a firewall blocking incoming data after sending initial outgoing data. Might be worth checking your allowed connections.

Ive just checked my journal after clearing some cache.
My journal reads “connected” .. “connecting” repeatedly.

I understand. What I meant was... you might want to check your machine's operating system firewall. For example, Windows Security==>Firewall & network protections==>Allow an app through the firewall.

I'm thinking that you might have a one-way street causing a ping, no return, ping, no return...

Okay that makes sense. I will try, appreciate the help. :))
