Issue with MQL5 Cloud connection

Hi all, been running agents for a while now, but since yesterday, it seems that my agents cannot connect to the MQL5 cloud anymore

Are there any known issues going on right now? Everything is updated to version 5370.

Thanks

Yes, the agent2.mql5.net server (US north/Canada) has been unreachable since 10/29/2025 @ 7:00 AM Eastern time.  Any agents that had been connecting to that server for work (due to proximity/best ping) will be unable to function until it is restored.  Thanks to incompetent programming, the agents are unable to adjust themselves and fall back to the next best server on their own (adjustments are only made after successfully connecting).  Part of me wonders if they accidentally let its security certificate expire (like they recently did for this website)—except the server isn't responding to IMCP pings either.

Ok thanks for your reply, I guess I'll just have to be patient.

I think it is the timing issue

Yes its down.  can't download free eas or update to new version of one of mine I bought a while back.  Probably be fixed by monday

That is separate; EAs are downloaded through the website servers (e.g. www.mql5.com, c.mql5.com, etc.), not the cloud network servers (e.g. agent1.mql5.net, agent2.mql5.net, etc.)—the last one named being down.

What do you mean?

Mine too. Version 5370.

Emerson Gomes:

Since last friday, none of my agent are able to connect to MQL5 Cloud - They stay in disconnected state.

Tried reinstalling them, no luck.

Any clues?

Me three.  I thought it was my new pihole blocking it but apparently I'm not the only one having issues.

Me too, using parallels and Mt5 build 5370 inside, my agents don't connect and I get high system interrupts. Only fix I've found so far is to manually select each agent run a single core backtest and then after doing that for all agents by forcing a connection I can run an optimisation once and then the issue returns.

Reported to MQ attention.

Same here.  My agents no longer connected to the cloud since 10/29/2025
