Cloud agent not getting any job

Hi,

I had a PC with cloud agent installed and worked for 2 months, then it stopped getting jobs and or connecting to the cloud.

How can I get help about this?

Thanks, found the solution in your link. My OS is virtualized, so I can not use Cloud there:

"MetaTester: Added prohibition for using testing agents working on virtual OS in MQL5.Cloud."

I do respect the 1 process per core restriction but did not knew about the virtualized OS
