Thanks. We will have a look at it and see if we find what we are looking for.
But in general we only need the DST rule for the server, since we convert using the C#/.NET functions via a DLL.

Since we deal with different timezones to convert between local time and chart/server-time, we need to define rules in the code. The timezones are just one thing which is easy, but the DST rules are another.
Based on my experience, it does not matter where the brokers-server is located, the DST rule seems to be always NYC-DST.
Is my assumption correct or can anyone confirm or refute?
