Lost activations after Windows update to 24H2

Hello Support,

after a recent Windows update to 24H2 my computer ID changed and I had to re-activate all my Market EAs, which consumed one activation.

Could you please restore one activation for my account?

The activation is per username and per hardware and software, and per authorization method in Windows (for example).
And yes, the activation may be lost because of big Windows update.

But it was already asked, and as far as I know: the support does not add activations personally.

They/support may add the activations for all the buyers, at least - we had it in past, for example:

Hello,

Each product has at least 5 activations that can be used in case of hardware failure, re-installation of OS, installation on a wrong PC. That is enough for a normal personal use.

In case there is a huge Windows update coming, we add an additional activation for all purchased products beforehand. We don't add activations personally - they are not provided, and it is not possible physically.
