You violated the rules, so you have lost those purchases ... 

12.13. The User shall use only one unique MQL5 ID on the www.mql5.com website. In case additional/repeated User accounts are detected, all of them shall be closed. MetaQuotes Ltd also reserves the right to invalidate all payment transactions made from additional/repeated accounts.

But you can contact the Service Desk, and explain the issue and see if they are willing to transfer the purchases to your validated seller account.

Fernando Carreiro #: That user account does not exist (see below), and please don't write in ALLCAPS. It is considered "shouting" and it's rude. Pay attention to what has been stated about multiple accounts (which is not allowed). Your account is "shadz1", not "TariqMehmood10".

sorry for the all caps i forget to click the caps lock button off actually TariqMehmood10 is my brother account but my brother  use my laptop for login her account  i think this is the reason of account suspend because my brother end i logged our accounts in same device sp please suggest me what can i do now for account recovery? because my brother account is also important he purchased 1250 doller worth of bot in his account please help me to recover this account

I'm also experiencing login issues on the mt5 terminal. On the web page all works fine. Maybe its temporary.

Login to website and login to Community tab are different logins.
Why? 
Because login to Community tab is used real login (which is wesselvroon for you because the link to your profile is https://www.mql5.com/en/users/wesselvroon), and password to Community tab can not be google/facebook related password. It also depends on which Metatrader do you using: it is almost immediate login for MT5 and it may takes long time for MT4 (as a login process for example).

As to Community tab.

This tab is located in Metatrader - Tools - Options - Community.
You can login by using your username here and your native forum password.

If you can not login/fill Community tab by pacing the correct login and password so it means that you have old Windows version, or you do not have WebView2 installed on your PC, or for any other reason related to your computer or OS.
