Request for MT5 Build 5326 Installer - page 2

 

I logged into MT5 from a different location with a different IP address on the same device and voila, auto-trading was fully enabled again.

I went in circles with the Service Desk bot, but I no longer see a way to get through to anyone who can re-enable my home IP address.

Looks like a router restart/IP reassignment is my next step.

 

The IP reassignment failed to fix the problem.

I did, however, find a way to open a Support Ticket and attach a tracert log.

 
The Service Desk diagnosed my IP address, I found a hanging Windows update to install, and then I updated my code for the latest MT5 Build. This rat's nest of issues is solved.🐱‍💻
