1. Got an answer from service desk
2. Attempted to withdraw funds again
3. Got the SMS confirmation code
4. Withdrew the funds (it is already on my pp account)

You must be reffering to my earlier post. It was deleted mysteriously by someone I don't know why. Anyway I tried today and withdrawal worked fine for me too.
