IP is not the same with real location.
Because most of us are having dynamic IP.
So, you can check your IP address by using some "what is my IP" service for example (there are many websites to check IP),
and you will see that your IP address is from Izmir (it means: your internet is coming from there).

If you restart your router/modem together with your computer so your IP address will be changed, and it may be the other location about where your internet is coming from.
