can't migrate to VPS - can't start VPS server from terminal or web (error saving data) - moderator "helped" by removing my earlier post - I understand technical issues but at least give me some clue about timing instead of kicking me out - thank you

Same problem with me. My VPS Stuck on Loading with "Failed to Get Export Logs. 
 
i have same problem, i cannot migrate my settings to VPS, it says "2025.09.04 10:52:07.854 Virtual Hosting 6712148: failed to get expert logs [404]" and i cannot start or disable vps on website

same issue and no helpdesk answer me , its first time of my use vps it.

 
Any updates on this? Seems like it's taking too long to resolve and there isn't any official statement released to address this matter.
 
complete madhouse, nothing works!!! tech support writes: wait three days to find a solution to the problem!!!
 
Same here, and i can't even change server as some people said to do, i don't have that option to change the sever.

does anyone solve this issue?
