how does she know if the servers for the vps are down? she isnt working for them, and the issue in my case has been going for about 2 days now..

If you've had issues for 2 days then you might have a separate issue. There's clearly an issue with their VPS servers due to the number of people its affecting.
Meanwhile, my VPS hosted EA is opening 5 copies of the same trade for some reason and I can't do anything about it.

VPS server obviously - subscription is paid - the server worked for few days and now I cant start it from MT4 terminal or web - tech support seems only available for financial issues?

Nice work. Everyone can do what the Moderator did--Service Desk==>support ticket.
This might even help the Admins to drill down on areas that have errors.
